Pearson & Hearn Cafe & Espresso Bar
Style: Cafe, British, Deli
40 Mosslea Road, Bromley BR2 9PS

Londonhappytripper77 passes on their eating experience at Bromley’s Pearson & Hearn Cafe & Espresso Bar:

Nice Salad, Nice staff, Service could be improved. My husband and I popped in for a quick salad for a late lunch today, the salad tasted fresh and was well presented, just a couple of points that I feel the staff should consider in the future, I felt that the salad dressing should have been brought to the table with the salad and bearing in mind that it was an incredible hot afternoon it would have been nice to have some ice in the water, being so hot we did not feel like having the coffee that everybody raves about, but being local to us no doubt we will return.

Wickham Cafe
Style: Cafe, British, Vegetarian Friendly
138 High Street, West Wickham, Bromley BR4 0LZ

Here is a review by Crumpy49 of Bromley:

The Full Monte! This cafe had a refurb’ recently, they doubled the size of the place, and low and behold it’s still always full up. It is hardly surprising they do a fabulous selection of food, mainly specialising in breakfasts, using good quality ingredients. I have had many a full English breakfast in here, and it is wonderful, great value, and loads of it. It is always full of tradesman, and they like their breakfast, so it speaks for itself. The staff are efficient and friendly, you can see them cooking your food, and they work so hard, how they cope I’ll never know. I would recommend this place for a great breakfast, or fry up etc’ Thank you.

Maidens Coffee
Style: Cafe, Mediterranean, Turkish
135 Croydon Road, Beckenham BR3 3RB
Website: NONE

It’s not just lunch, but breakfast too! Unbekanntish of Greater London gives their review about their experience at eating at Maidens Coffe:

Excellent breakfast, coffee & service! Just had a really enjoyable breakfast and coffee. I’d never tried menemen before (with Turkish Pide), and it was delicious. The service was swift and friendly.. The coffee was delightfully smooth, so I stopped for a second large latte whilst reading after breakfast. When the owner saw me on my kindle he immediately offered WiFi access (which wasn’t needed as I was reading a book), and when I finished my second coffee he stated there was no rush to leave and I could stay sat reading if I wished. Heartily recommend.

The Drawing Room
Style: Cafe, British, Vegetarian Friendly
405 Crofton Road, Orpington, Bromley BR6 8NL
Website: NONE

This is what Janet had to say about the Drawing Room:

Great lunch in delightful surroundings! I’ve walked past this attractive little cafe several times and was not disappointed when today I went in. The welcome was friendly, my order arrived quickly, the tasty toasted sandwich and side salad were served on a pretty china tray and the tea in a generous quirky china teapot. Apart from the fact that the food and tea were delicious (and the cakes look wonderful) I have never seen such a large collection of vintage china crockery! Good value too at under £10, and I was too full to sample the cakes. Will definitely return, with friends.

Buddys Cafe
Style: Cafe, British, Vegetarian Friendly
28 London Road, Bromley BR1 3QR
Website: NONE

Paul of London has these few words to say about eating at Buddy’s Cafe in Bromley:

Traditional cafe with great food. This is a great traditional cafe, I eat here regularly. They have a good menu based around the full English type breakfast, plus healthier options as well. You can have any of their set options or create your own breakfast, no matter how small or large. They also have good range of other meals like, chili, curry, shepherds pie and lots more. The food is also always good quality, well prepared and consistent. I always get a good meal there for a good price. There is a mix of people who use the cafe, from local residences, local business people, residents from local hotels. The staff are friendly and make all customers feel welcome. It is the sort of place where they know your order and your name. I would recommend this cafe to anyone.
